Website visitors
This website does not use cookies, analytics, ads or sign-in, and we do not collect personal information through it. Embedded videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when you press play, YouTube may store data on your device under Google's privacy policy.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not receive or store these logs.
Email inquiries
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We keep them until the inquiry is resolved and delete them within one year, unless a law requires longer retention. We do not share them with anyone.
ScouterWhy Publisher (private tool)
ScouterWhy Publisher is a private tool used only by the operator of the ScouterWhy channels to publish the channels' own videos. It is not offered to the public, and no other user can sign in to it. It accesses only the operator's own accounts:
- YouTube (YouTube Data API): upload videos to the operator's channels, add them to the channels' playlists, read the signed-in channel ID so a video never goes to the wrong channel, and read and reply to comments on the channels' own videos.
- Instagram and Threads (Meta APIs): publish the same videos as Reels / posts on the operator's own professional accounts and read the account ID.
- TikTok (Content Posting API): upload the same videos to the operator's own TikTok accounts and read basic account info (account ID, name).
We do not access any viewer's or other user's data. Access tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer (macOS Keychain); publishing records (video IDs, account IDs, time) are kept in a local database on the same computer. Videos sent to Meta are placed at a short-lived private link only long enough for Meta to fetch them.
We do not sell, share or transfer this data, and we do not use it for advertising or for training AI models. ScouterWhy Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This tool uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access and data deletion
Access can be revoked at any time — Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta: Settings → Apps and websites, TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. To have any data related to you deleted, email [email protected]; we delete local tokens and records within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop its processing, by emailing us. We answer within 10 days.

ScouterWhy Publisher (내부 도구)
ScouterWhy Publisher는 ScouterWhy 채널 운영자만 쓰는 내부 도구로, 채널 자체 영상을 게시하는 데만 씁니다. 일반에 제공하지 않으며 다른 사용자는 로그인할 수 없습니다. 운영자 본인 계정에만 접근합니다.
- YouTube(YouTube Data API): 운영자 채널에 영상 업로드, 채널 재생목록에 추가, 다른 채널로 올라가지 않도록 로그인한 채널 ID 확인, 채널 자체 영상의 댓글 읽기·답글.
- Instagram·Threads(Meta API): 같은 영상을 운영자 본인 프로페셔널 계정에 릴스·게시물로 게시, 계정 ID 확인.
- TikTok(Content Posting API): 같은 영상을 운영자 본인 TikTok 계정에 업로드, 기본 계정 정보(계정 ID·이름) 확인.
시청자나 다른 사용자의 정보에는 접근하지 않습니다. 접근 토큰은 운영자 컴퓨터의 macOS 키체인에만 저장하고, 게시 기록(영상 ID·계정 ID·시각)은 같은 컴퓨터의 로컬 데이터베이스에만 둡니다. Meta에 보내는 영상은 Meta가 가져가는 동안만 유효한 짧은 비공개 링크에 둡니다.
이 정보를 판매·제공·이전하지 않으며 광고나 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다. Google API로 받은 정보의 사용·이전은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다.
접근 철회·데이터 삭제
언제든 철회할 수 있습니다 — Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta: 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트, TikTok: 설정 → 보안 → 앱 권한 관리. 본인과 관련된 정보의 삭제를 원하시면 [email protected]로 요청해 주세요. 30일 안에 로컬 토큰·기록을 삭제하고 이메일로 알려 드립니다.
정보주체의 권리
운영자가 가진 본인의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며, 10일 안에 답변합니다.
